An item says "Sold Out" — will it come back?
Usually yes, within 4–8 weeks. Sold-out kits are being restocked, not retired. Join the waitlist on the product page and the restock alert goes out to that list before the kit reappears in the shop.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We dispatch from warehouses in the EU and the US, and ship to most countries. Orders over $79 ship free; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
Is a dust cover included?
On kits marked w/ Dust Cover — that's stated on the product card and in the spec sheet. Other kits can take an optional cover, selectable on the product page.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as you can — we pick and pack quickly, so the window is usually a few hours.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch in 1–2 business days. Typical transit: 3–5 business days within the EU or US, 7–14 business days elsewhere. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is created. See Shipping & Returns for the full table.
What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery. Unopened kits get a full refund; opened kits are accepted if the sheets are intact, minus a small restocking fee. We pay return postage if the kit arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the box and the contents before unpacking further, then email us. We'll replace it — you don't need to return the damaged kit in most cases.
Do I need special tools?
No. The box contains the adhesive, fittings and pre-cut panels. Add 2 × AAA batteries and you're set. Tweezers and a craft knife help with the fine props but aren't required.
How do I know which kit suits me?
Check the difficulty level and build hours on each card. If you've never built one, start at Beginner. Full breakdown on the Build Guide.
Is the LED lighting included?
On every Norviel kit, yes — bulbs, wiring, a battery box and a touch switch. 2 × AAA batteries are not included.
What if a piece is missing?
Email us the sheet number and panel number from the check sheet. Replacement panels ship free within the 2-year support window, usually within a week.
Are these kits suitable as gifts?
They're one of the most-gifted things we sell. If you're unsure of the recipient's patience level, go one difficulty level lower than you think. The packaging is presentation-ready — no price on the box.
