Tracking Where's my kit?
A tracking link is emailed the moment your label is created — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Tracking can take a further day to show movement while the carrier scans the parcel into its network. If the link hasn't arrived, check spam, then email us and we'll resend it manually.
Returns & replacements30 days, no drama
- Unopened kitsFull refund within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid label where our carrier operates.
- Opened kitsAccepted within 30 days if the wood sheets are intact and complete, less a 10% restocking fee. If you've started building, it's usually not refundable — but email us anyway and we'll find something.
- Damaged or wrong itemWe pay return postage and replace it. Photograph the box before unpacking further, then contact us.
- Missing or snapped partsNot a return — a free replacement, for 2 years from purchase. Quote the sheet and panel number.
